Obituary of Charles Andrew Chapman

Charles Andrew Chapman, 50, of Winchester, VA, passed away on May, 26th, 2022. 

He is survived by his son, Leif Alexander Chapman; sister, Lisa Elaine Taggart (Brian) and their daughter's Delaney and Lucille; and mother, Carol Chapman.
